Roasting
Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy to drink. Coffeee softens and transforms into a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a coffee that is delicious by itself or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Don't stir or stir the coffee, as this could cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.
